Alnatura to cooperate with the Markant Group in future

Press releases |

Darmstadt, 8 November 2023. From 1 July 2024, the Hessian organic company Alnatura will be cooperating with the Swiss Markant Group. Markant AG specialises in providing various services for retailers and suppliers. Alnatura sees the cooperation with Markant as an opportunity to organise internal processes relating to combined payment and invoice processing even more efficiently.

Petra Schäfer, responsible for purchasing on the Alnatura Management Board, emphasises the advantages of the future cooperation for Alnatura and the Alnatura suppliers: «With Markant, we have found a strong partner for process optimisation. By working together, we at Alnatura gain valuable time in which we can concentrate more on our customers and the market. Our partners in industry and retail, who work together with Markant, can now also benefit from the administrative relief.»

Dominik Scheid, Managing Director of Markant AG, adds: «We will support Alnatura considerably in its day-to-day business and in its further strategic orientation with innovative and calculable services. The aim is for all companies involved in the value added chain to benefit – from upstream suppliers to the company's own markets and the many different sales partners. We will not only offer existing services, but will also engage in an in-depth dialogue to constantly examine the extent to which we can further develop services specifically for the organic segment or even offer completely new ones.»
