The CEO of Markant AG, Alois Kruth, has left the company with immediate effect due to a divergence of opinions concerning the realignment of the Markant Group. His departure was by mutual consent. With immediate effect Dominik Scheid will take over as CEO working alongside Markus Tkotz.
Until now, Dominik Scheid has been the Head of International intermediary activities with responsibility for International Food and Nonfood Purchasing at Markant AG. He previously worked for many years in various roles at Globus SB-Warenhaus Holding GmbH & Co. KG, most recently as a member of the SBW Germany management team.
