Re-launch of "One Markant" label successfully underway

This re-launch means that a big milestone in the "One Markant" project has been reached: the new Markant homepage is already accessible. Further areas will be implemented on an ongoing basis.

The new website has been online since 1 July and is available not only to all the partners, but also to potential customers. By optimising the public image, the primary intent is, above all, to reduce complexity and ensure greater transparency. For this reason, the website has been overhauled and more clearly structured on the basis of the label values "trust, cooperation and progress" – the aim is to make Markant more understandable and tangible, so that it no longer needs to operate only in the background, but can also act assertively under a strong Markant label as "OneMarkant".
 
The new markant.com is the central information platform: accurately tailored to the partners' needs, the Markant model of success illustrates the benefits of Markant's diverse services for suppliers and retailers.

 

Optimised customer approach through "One Markant

Potential customers can now find their way around even more easily thanks to a target group-specific approach and can directly view the respective advantages of a cooperation as well as initiate a contractual partnership without unnecessary delays. For this reason, the website will – from now on – also call greater attention to the start-up platform voilà!.

"Everything that we do has always been, first and foremost, about our partners, suppliers and retailers. In the future, we would like to take even greater account of them and their needs, throughout the course of their entire customer journey. The information that we will roll out to our partners in the future is prepared for specific target groups in order to offer the greatest possible relevance. In this way, we create an approach that is timely and appropriate for the target group; moreover, it is constantly evolving. 'One Markant' is intended to be an ongoing process that is further optimised in dialogue with all stakeholder groups", explains Markant AG Managing Director Alois Kruth.

 

Integrated career section on the Markant corporate website

In addition, the Markant career page was integrated into the website structure in order to provide applicants with all information centrally and thus recruit talented employees and give soon-to-be colleagues more clarity on their path to Markant.
 
New design principles were created for the website, which translate the label values "trust, cooperation and progress" into visual principles that define how the label is presented: "confident and clear", "cooperative and friendly" and "dynamic and future-proof".
 
Markant AG Managing Director Markus Tkotz goes further: "The overall result of the 'One Markant' project portrays Markant in its entirety – with all its facets and diversity – as a cohesive unit. With the help of a new, optimised communication concept, 'One Markant' lays the groundwork for a group-wide, consistent external public image for the entire organisation, across all the companies and communication channels. We are forward-looking and digital – this is what are looking to clearly demonstrate under a Markant label 'One Markant'."
