Recent changes of the Managing Directors at various Markant companies

Alois Kruth, Managing Director of Markant Deutschland GmbH since one year, has been appointed Managing Director of Markant AG. He will be responsible for the retail partners and Goods sectors. Christian Francken, as Managing Director of Markant AG, will be responsible for the further development of CEE countries.

At Markant Deutschland, John Grewe will take over as Managing Director from Alois Kruth. Mr. Grewe was previously Divisional Manager in Food brokerage at Markant Deutschland.

A managerial change has also occurred at Markant Services International GmbH and Markant Services International Polska Sp. z.o.o.. Frank Exslager has relinquished his managerial tasks within the two companies. Jens Heiderich will continue as Managing Director of the two companies.
