The Digital Case File has won the "Best Enterprise Solution" category of the reta award 2022, which is presented by the EHI Retail Institute e. V.

An international jury comprising members from the research field, as well as various retail and industry bodies, uses this prize every year to single out highly innovative products and solutions which play a major role in the streamlining of processes between industry and retailers. Prizes are awarded in five different categories (Best Customer Experience, Best Enterprise Solution, Best Instore Solution, Best Connected Retail Solution, and Best AI & Robotics Application).

The team led by Reiner Sailer, the Lead Service Owner for B2B integration at Markant Services International GmbH, was delighted when EHI announced its chosen winner of the reta award 2022 for the Best Enterprise Solution category. "We're very proud to have won this award. From the very beginning, we focused on building a product that creates appreciable benefits by working in collaboration with our partners. A huge thank you to the Rossmann, Procter & Gamble and Spedition Offergeld teams who worked with us. Working with them was not only great fun – it also led to our joint success", is how Reiner Sailer sums up the achievement.

What is the Digital Case File?
The Digital Case File considerably reduces process costs for all the parties involved due to consistent end-to-end-digitisation of information flows throughout the supply and incoming goods processes. The product is available to all our partners and it is based on state-of-the-art cloud and software technology.
