You have acquired an electronic device and device warranty cover or a warranty extension from one of our retail partners and want to report damage to this device?

Report it to us online with just a few clicks here. Your claim will be checked immediately upon receipt.

Please send us the damage claim form that applies to your case, completed in full (in particular with details of the device identification data), printed out and signed by you in the indicated places, together with a copy of the purchase invoice for the device under warranty cover (in the case of property offences, please also include a copy of the police report).
